Event overview 

Whether you're a founder, investor, student, researcher, or startup enthusiast, this interactive event is your chance to experience Oxford’s innovation scene up close. Meet the brilliant minds behind 16 early-stage ventures and take part in a fun ‘investment’ experience during Trinity term, that puts you in the investor’s seat.

Each attendee receives £1000 in #StartedinOxford pounds to invest in their favourite startups, and your choices will shape the outcome of the night. The top three startups with the most audience investment will win prizes and funding.

What to expect on the night:

• Live pitches from exciting early-stage startups
• A dynamic founder panel discussion, where local entrepreneurs share what it really takes to build a business
• An audience-led investment showcase where attendees help decide the winners
• Plenty of time to connect and network with founders, investors, and fellow innovators

As an attendee you will get the opportunity to engage with Oxford-linked companies from a range of sectors and stages, as well as network with other attendees, including investors and key connectors in the Oxford-linked entrepreneurship ecosystem.

As a pitching startup, you'll get your venture in front of over 200 people, with a chance to win one of three prizes and funding. This is an excellent opportunity for any new founder to grow their network and visibility.

We take applications from those in the Launch to Grow stages, including:

• Alumni
• Community startups and social enterprises.
